The Time Sector Privatization Section (TSP) This program not only emphasizes theoretical knowledge but also needs to keep up with the development of technology in the industrial sector in addition to giving exposure to the work culture in various sectors in the industry.Ī. In addition to this, the Staff Competency Development Section is also responsible for managing the application of lecturers to the Lecturer Industry Attachment Program (SIP) who wish to improve their respective skills and competencies. ![]() This is to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the plan, starting from the staff being appointed, placed, until the provision of training is carried out either in terms of internal, external, formal, informal training as well as ensuring that each identified staff follows the necessary skills improvement program. This section is also responsible for managing training such as internal courses, external courses and maintaining data related to staff training. The training is not only focused on improving skills, but also improving softskill such as courses on self-esteem, communication, integrity and leadership, are also planned every year.
